Our products are backed by a lifetime warranty. Some things, however, we cannot cover under the warranty, such as:


  • Extensive water damage (i.e. being submerged)
  • Extensive physical damage (i.e. being cut or burned).
  • Deliberate physical alteration


If the defect is due to workmanship or materials, we will be glad to repair the item, or replace if the item is not repairable, free of charge. Please follow these steps:

1. Send us an email with your order number and "warranty" in the subject line, giving a brief description, and if possible a photo, of the defect in the body of the email.

2. Ship it back to us, following the steps under Return Shipping. We will reimburse the shipping costs for replacements under warranty.

3. Once we receive the item and inspect the defect; we will email you whether it can be fixed or if it needs to be replaced.

4. We will ship the repaired, or new, item back to you at no additional cost.
